Jess Johns is Mike Shatzkin’s right-hand at The Idea Logical Company. She manages the company’s day-to-day operations and coordinates the conference programming efforts for Digital Book World and Publishers Launch Conferences. She works closely with our clients and partners to deliver quality, value, and insight across all our conferences and consulting projects.

Jess’s background is in data and analysis, art and photography, early education, and literacy development. She is a proud alumna of Brown University, a former AmeriCorps member, a sci-fi/fantasy geek, and a devoted aunt.
